Bio

Dr. Bahar Tajrobehkar is a Senior Strategy Consultant with experience advising executives and leaders across private, public, and nonprofit sectors. She specializes in strategy and vision realization, change management, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and workplace culture and relationships. Known for her ability to integrate all dimensions of the human experience (including interpersonal dynamics, psychological drivers, cultural norms, spiritual practices, societal influences, and political realities) into analysis, Bahar provides concrete and actionable strategic guidance and data-driven solutions to successfully navigate complex human challenges.
With a Ph.D. in Sociology and a background in Health Science and Psychology, Bahar brings over 12 years of experience in research and adult education. She helps leaders take measurable, values-aligned action to create the cultures and systems needed for long-term success.
Bahar’s work is grounded in a lifelong interest in the psychological and social systems that shape human behaviour. She is deeply committed to fostering the conditions for positive interpersonal and intergroup dynamics—promoting harmony, growth, and well-being in organizations and beyond.
